Most full bathroom renovations take 18–24 working days once materials are on site. Powder rooms are quicker; large primary baths with slab-matched marble can run longer. We give you a firm date at quote and finish on the date we promise.

No deposit is due until your materials arrive on site. Quotes are flat-rate, line-itemed and revised in writing, so you always know the cost before any commitment.
We are based in Victoria and serve Greater Victoria, Saanich, Langford, Nanaimo and Vancouver Island, with select projects across British Columbia. Initial consultations are by appointment, in your home or by video call.

Yes. Custom showers and wet rooms are built with full waterproofing systems, sealed for life. Where a renovation requires permits under the BC Building Code, we coordinate them as part of the project scope.
Often. We collaborate directly with designers and architects, working from their drawings and specifications. Designer and trade enquiries are welcome — note it on the consultation form.
